A Teacher Quality Manifesto by Deborah Kenny

See the bogus BS of Deborah Kenny in today's WSJ; the woman has more chutpah and lies in her than Eva M.:

Is that why Harlem Village Academy reportedly opened this year with only 4 full time teachers returning, a turnover of more than 75% of her staff?

I heard from someone who used to work  there that the woman is a monster."

I work at one of the schools. I have taught here for five years. The statistics about turnover is a complete lie. Where do you get your information?

Norm posted something about that here:

I have no idea if its true or not; but the NY State report cards show a 60% teacher attrition rate in 2006-7 and 53% in 2007-8; the latest data available. That does not indicate a great working environment for teachers, and/or an administration which has their "back."
